The rules for using the Squaddo game and your account
Squaddo is a daily word game operated by Smart Choice Claims Limited (company number 13062399). By playing Squaddo or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Play.
Squaddo gives you one word to solve each day. You can play anonymously for free. You can also create a free account to appear on the daily leaderboard and take part in the daily competition (see the separate Competition Terms & Conditions).
To keep Squaddo fair and friendly, you agree not to:

The daily competition is governed by the separate Competition Terms & Conditions, which form part of these terms.
The Squaddo and FYB names, branding, the game, its words and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share your own results, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.
We aim to keep Squaddo available but we don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time.
You can stop using Squaddo at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or where we reasonably need to.
Squaddo is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for the game being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We handle your data as described in the Squaddo Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
